May 5th, 7 p.m. – Guardianship & Supported Decision Making

This workshop will cover guardianships and alternatives from a legal perspective and from the perspective of a parent/guardian who has gone through the process.

May 11th, 7 p.m. – Understanding & Accessing Adult Benefits

This presentation can help you understand the complexities of the Social Security redetermination process. 

May 18th, 6:30 p.m. – Transition to Adult Services

This session will give participants an overview of services available to youth as they transition out of child services and into adult services.

 May 26th, 7 p.m. – Special Needs Planning

This workshop will provide an overview of key special needs planning to protect disabled family member’s benefits and avoid payback to the state for Medicaid.

June 1st, 6:30 p.m. – Supported Living Options

This session aims to give a broad overview of different living supports that may be available to individuals with disabilities.
